A CHARTER ORDINANCE REPEALING CHARTER ORDINANCE NUMBER ONE, PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS, KANSAS, ON THE 7TH DAY OF JUNE, 1966, EXEMPTING THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS, KANSAS, FROM THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A.79-1952.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS, KANSAS:

Section 1: That charter Ordinance No.1 exempting the City of Minneapolis, Kansas, from the provisions of K.S.A.79-1952, and providing substitute and additional provisions on the same subject authorizing and limiting tax levies in any one year on each dollar of assessed tangible valuation and prescribing an aggregate for all city-wide tax levies is hereby repealed, as provided by Article 12, Section 5 of the Constitution of the State of Kansas.
